The rule 11200 “Services of relation with the customer, the consumer and the citizen effected through the contact points – Operational Requirements for the application of the UNI EN 15838: 2010” defines the benchmarks of the service requirements supplied by the contact points with the aim of guarantee an objective valuation of the service quality independently from the model or from technology used by themselves.
With the certification according to the rule UNI 11200, the Contact Points can guarantee minimum standards of quality to satisfy all customers’ needs and expectations.
