The rule UNI 11034 “Child Care- Service Requirements” is a guarantee instrument related to the reliability and the safety of the place in which many children spend their own time. It permits to obtain an objective feedback about the goodness of the service and the adequacy of the building responsible for the Child Care.
The rule UNI 11034 is for the early childhood services ( up to 3 years), for the early childhood with educational services addressed to the age group 3-6 years too, to the educational services planned for the age group 0-6 years, as childhood centers, public and private.
The rule UNI 11034 establishes that the management of the building defines the own mission/ job from which emerges how much aims to achieve, defines a technical document in which describes own procedures, operating procedures and the internal responsibilities to be clear the process by which service is provided, an annual planning of the activities and meetings/appointments expected and an Educational Project done involving the families.
The norm requires qualified personnel through defined and established requirements and clear indication about the spaces management.
