The rule UNI 11010 represents a “care model” for the realities that dispense socio-health care services in residential context; it puts to the base the customer and works for projects and aims directed to the results. The rule is applied to the social, educational, assistive and social rehabilitation services, both residential and daily, and gets into those that are qualifying elements of these services, such as:
- Service requirements, general requirements relating to the building and to its ability to integrate and cooperate with the territory;
- Mission;
- Information for the outside world (customer, familiar, social services, etc.)
- Requirements for the following admission and reimbursement;
- Requirements for the definition and the management for the individualized project;
- Requirements for the treatment phase;
- Requirements for the dismissal phase;
- General characteristics of the supplier;
- Requirements for the staff;
- Requirements for the planning of innovative services;
The certification in accordance with the rule UNI 11010 is an instrument directed to the realities that dispense socio-health care services to people with disabilities in a residential and daily context. This certification itself doesn’t represent a purpose but a means to confirm this ability to the market, fairly and objectively, promoting the creation of the confidence and offering to the customers an informed chance.
